1. Cancellation Policy

More than 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Between 30 and 60 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.
2. Train Tickets
Please note that train tickets to Machu Picchu are non-refundable once purchased. This includes tickets from all train operators. We advise you to review your travel plans carefully before booking train tickets.
3. Machu Picchu Entrance Tickets
Machu Picchu entrance tickets are also non-refundable once issued. This policy is set by the official ticketing authorities and applies to all visitors. We encourage you to confirm your travel dates and plans before purchasing these tickets.
4. Changes to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as altering tour dates or details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will inform you of any changes in cost or conditions before processing the modification. Please note:
Changes to Train Tickets: Due to the non-refundable nature of train tickets, any modifications must be handled directly with the train operator, and additional fees may apply.
Changes to Machu Picchu Tickets: Changes to Machu Picchu entrance tickets are subject to the policies of the official ticketing authorities, and refunds or changes may not be possible.
5. Tour Amendments
If a tour or part of a tour cannot be provided as described due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternatives or a partial refund for the affected services. Requests for compensation must be made within 24 hours of the tour completion.

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest, that prevent the provision of services, we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements or issue a partial refund where feasible.
