In the morning your friendly English speaking guide and your driver will meet you at your hotel. Firstly you will stop at the Awanacancha where you will have the opportunity to view the traditional weavers in action using dyed wool yarns from alpaca, llama & vicuna. One of the other highlights of this visit was a chance to pet alpacas and llamas. We will continue to Pisaq where you will explore the colourful market and take back a souvenir made for local hand if you wish; then we will go to the Pisaq ruins you will have a chance to appreciate Incan terraces, temples, houses, fountains and Intihuatana; the Sun Temple is located in the Intihuatana section. It is said to contain a hitching post to which the sun can be tied during its journey across the sky. One theory also suggests that the temple served astronomical purposes for Inca priests. Then, you will have your lunch at the local Peruvian restaurant.  After lunch we will drive towards Ollantaytambo ruins, a stronghold of Inca resistance to Spanish colonization, it displays the Inca architecture in a remarkable, it will give you a provide insight into the ways and means that the Incas transported heavy blocks of stone long distances to be placed high above Ollantaytambo. You will be able to have views of snow covered peaks and ancient granaries built into the mountain. After you will go to the Ollantaytambo village where guide will take you to a traditional home; this will be another memorable and very interesting experience where the kindness and nature people invite you to live their lives. Afterwards, we will return to Cusco and will drop you off at your hotel, where you will have the rest of the evening to relax.
